NP Capital exclusively acquires “workforce” housing from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, catering to the nation’s median-income residents.
Long-term Ownership Preference
To preserve value and maximize value-add opportunities, NP Capital favors purchases from long-term property owners.
Priority on Off-Market Transactions
To ensure the best terms for our investors, NP Capital primarily targets off-market asset acquisitions through unsolicited offers, circumventing traditional bidding processes. While off-market acquisitions are preferred, NP Capital remains open to on market opportunities as well.

NP Capital strictly invests in Texas and its four major markets: Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
